Brittany Harvey, Esquire
Brittany Harvey is admitted to the Florida Bar (2016) and the Middle District of Florida (2020). She matriculated at Florida State University (B.S. Criminology, 2012) and Thomas M. Cooley Law School (J.D., 2016, cum laude, Phi Delta Phi, Mock Trial Board).
Brittany joined the Gilbert Garcia Group litigation team in 2023, bringing several years of both civil and criminal litigation experience. She is a third-generation Tampa native, and started her legal career with the State Attorney’s Office for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit. She then went on to litigate civil matters, representing doctors, medical providers, and patients in suits against major insurance corporations. Brittany prides herself on her detail oriented and zealous representation of her clients.
