Joseph Dayan is admitted to the Florida Bar (1987) and the Middle District of Florida (2000). He matriculated at the University of South Florida (B.A. Political Science, 1992, cum laude), and Stetson University College of Law (J.D., 1985, Phi Delta Phi).
Joseph is a highly experienced litigator, skilled in trials, motion practice, legal writing, alternative dispute resolution, foreclosures, business law, estate planning, real estate transactions, and criminal defense. At Gilbert Garcia Group, Joseph prosecutes litigated foreclosure files on behalf of lender clients; manages general civil litigation on behalf of firm clients for both plaintiff and defendants in breach of contract, construction, and partition matters; and represents clients in estate planning and real estate transactions, including drafting contracts and instruments of title.
