I highly recommend using Gilbert Law Group and Sapphire Title and Escrow Company. Sapphire Title is in the same office. The employees of both companies worked together and got my closing done. They made sure proper paperwork was recorded. I don’t have enough space to even explain what a nightmare of a condominium I had while trying to close my condo. The lawyers from Gilbert Law Group and the title staff from Sapphire went above and beyond. If you live in Tampa Bay and especially on Bayshore Blvd. I highly recommend them. And would recommend to homeowners too!
