I would like to give my recommendation for the Gilbert Garcia Group. After looking through the Florida Bar’s listing of attorneys in the mid-Florida area and speaking with several, I spoke with Michelle Gilbert. The issues were transferring ownership of a condo from a foreign national to a US LLC and recovering rents misappropriated by former rental agents. Although not the least expensive, she struck me as being interested in my problem and how to help. I was paired up with Ydelmis Cutino, a young and very intelligent attorney who understood what needed to be done and quickly went about implementing the resolution. Ydelmis was always prompt at responding to questions and kept me informed of the progress of my resolution. I feel that her services were taken in my best interest and not to churn hours.
